Product introduction
Insulated Glass is made of more pieces of glass, internals a certain width space with aluminum frame full of efficient molecular sieve adsorbent ,and edges are sealed by high strength adhesive and sealant. Sealed air inside the insulated glass ,under the action of efficient molecular sieve adsorbent filled in aluminum frames,become efficient molecular sieve adsorbent filled in aluminum frames, become dry air which have low thermal conductivity,thereby constituting a thermal and sound barrier.lf the space is filled with an inert gas,it can further improve the products' properties of thermal and sound insulation.

The maximum size: 2700mm*5000mm(except for manual synthesis), the minimum size: 300mm*300mm
Spacer frame varieties: aluminum,stainless steel,aluminum species.
Spacer frame size: 6mm,9mm,12mm,16mm,20mm.
Glass thickness: 3-19mm various combinations.● Optical property :according to the insulated glass combined with different withdifferent kinds of substrates, visible light transmittance generally ranges from 70%to 80%,and reflectance ranges 10% to 30%
● Thermal property:can effectively reduce the heat transfer coefficient ,if filled withinert with inert gas the heat transfer coefficient can be further reduced.
● Sound insulation property: insulated glass generally can reduce noise 30db. While,if filled with inert gas it can be further improved.
● Anti-frosting performance:national standard stipulate that insulated glass dew pointmust be below -40℃,ensure that the air inside the glass absolutely is dry andnon-condensing.
● Sealing:aluminum frame is made by automatic bending technology to minimizes theair leakage at connections;using butyl rubber and polysulfide rubber or structuraladhesive double sealed to ensure the tightness of insulated glass and extend itsservice life.
● Relatively light weight :in the condition that the thermal insulation is same ,insteadof part brick and concrete with insulated glass, lighting area can be increased.enhance interior com fort, and simplify the structure of buildings.
