Product Introduction
Bullet proof glass is multilayer laminated glass structure which is made of multilayer glass, film and bulletproof film.Each layer of glass and PVB film have both a special effect for preventing bullets.The outer layer of glass which suffers attacking is broken due to the impact of bullet.lt forms very thin striation to absorb the parl energy at impact point. In the remaining laminated glass.multilayer PVB film can absorb and spread the shock caused by impact, so that the glass can stop the penetrating by bullet.
Principle of bulletproof
It is made of multi-piece glass or high strength organic sheet bonding together by clear gluing materials.Generally,there are three-tier structures,asfollows:
1.Load-bearing layer: this layer is the first to bear the shock and rupture.Generally,it uses the glass of large thickness and high strength which destroy warhead or change the shape of warheads to make it lose the ability to moving on.
2.Transition layer.it use organic glue material,strong adhesive power,good light fastness,absorbing some impact and changing the direction of bullet forward.There is a very strong and transparent chemical film in laminated glass.This is not only toeffectively firings.but also has the anti surge,antiknock,anti-seismic and impact as well as no flawinside glass.
3.Security layer.this layer can absorb most of impact energy and ensure that the bullets cant pass through this layer by using high-strcangth glass or transparent organic materials which have good flexibility and toughness.The bullet proof glass can prevent bullet firing and protect personal safety furthest.
