The principle of application of bulletproof glass

It is made of multiple pieces of glass or high-strength organic sheets bonded together with transparent adhesive materials. It usually has a three-layer structure, as follows:
1. Load-bearing layer: This layer first withstands impacts and breakage, generally using thick, high-strength glass to destroy the projectile or change its shape, rendering it unable to continue moving forward.
2. Transition layer. It uses organic adhesive materials with strong adhesion and good light resistance, absorbing some impacts and changing the direction of the bullet's trajectory. There is a very strong transparent chemical film in the laminated glass. This not only effectively triggers the impact but also provides surge protection, blast resistance, shock resistance, and ensures there are no defects within the glass.
3. Bulletproof layer. This layer uses high-strength glass or transparent organic materials with good elasticity and toughness, capable of absorbing most of the impact energy, ensuring that bullets cannot pass through this layer. Bulletproof glass maximally prevents bullet penetration, protecting personal safety.
